What does HHSS mean? Heavy Heart, Strong Soul explained
HHSS stands for Heavy Heart, Strong Soul. Here's what the name means, what the clothing carries, and who every order supports.
HHSS stands for Heavy Heart, Strong Soul. It's a UK mental health clothing brand making heavyweight hoodies, tees, caps and car window stickers that carry a simple message: broken doesn't mean finished, and you are enough.
Heavy heart
A heavy heart is the weight a lot of men carry quietly — grief, stress, low days nobody sees. The name doesn't pretend that weight isn't there.
Strong soul
Strong soul is the part that keeps going anyway. Strength here isn't about hiding it; it's about carrying it, talking about it and getting through.
Built From Broken
Built From Broken is the artwork and phrase across the range. It's a reminder that what you've been through is part of you, not the end of you.
Who HHSS supports
Every order donates to Man Down UK, a men's mental health non-profit Community Interest Company running free peer-support groups for men: £5 per hoodie, £3 per T-shirt, £2 per cap and £1 per sticker.
If you're struggling right now
