14-day change of mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return any item for a refund or exchange. The items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached. Car window stickers must be returned unused with the backing paper intact. We cannot accept returns that smell of smoke, perfume or deodorant, or show signs of wear.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@hhssclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 2 working days with the return address and a reference number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and include the reference number.
4. Send the parcel back using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when this is done. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent. HHSS still honours the original Man Down UK contribution; it is not deducted from your eligible item refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us at hello@hhssclothing.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund, replacement or store credit.

Items we cannot accept

• Worn, washed or damaged items.
• Items returned without tags or original packaging.
• Items returned after 14 days without prior agreement.
• Sale or promotional items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

We do not hold automatic stock for exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order to secure the item while it is available.
