Who we are

HHSS (Heavy Heart Strong Soul) is an independent UK clothing brand selling online at hhssclothing.co.uk. Orders are processed through a secure Shopify checkout.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. If an item is priced in error or becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

Drop 01 and early access

Drop 01 is a limited run of 150 pieces — 50 hoodies, 50 T-shirts and 50 caps. Early access is open now: people on the early-access list receive a private link as soon as they sign up, and the shop opens to everyone at 7pm on 18 October 2026. Early access does not reserve stock: items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while quantities last, and private links are personal and must not be shared. Clothing bought during early access or at launch is made to order in a limited run; estimated dispatch dates are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Car window stickers are in stock and dispatch within 1–2 working days. Clothing dispatch times are confirmed at checkout once Drop 01 is on sale.

Returns and your rights

You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Donations

HHSS donates £5 from every hoodie, £3 from every T-shirt, £2 from every cap and £1 from every sticker to Man Down UK, a men's mental health non-profit providing free peer-led support groups. Donations are made by HHSS from the sale price; they are not an extra charge.

Wellbeing

Our clothing carries a message but is not a substitute for support. If you need help now, call Samaritans free on 116 123, or 999 in an emergency.
