Why a slogan

Slogans travel. A stranger reads it in a queue, a mate reads it across a table, a driver reads it at the lights. Nobody has to say anything out loud for the message to land — and sometimes that is exactly what opens the conversation.

Ours is deliberately plain: Heavy Heart, Strong Soul. No platitudes, no toxic positivity. It admits the weight and credits the person carrying it — then backs the words with a donation to Man Down UK's free peer-support groups.

Questions

What is the HHSS suicide prevention slogan?

Heavy Heart, Strong Soul — shortened to HHSS on every label. The full line underneath is Built From Broken. Together they say the two things the brand stands for: it is heavy, and you are still here.

Why put a suicide prevention slogan on clothing?

Because a slogan on a chest or a car window reaches people a poster never does. It makes the subject visible in ordinary places, gives someone a reason to ask, and every item sold helps support Man Down UK's work supporting men's mental health.

How much goes to mental health support?

£5 from every £55 hoodie, £3 from every £30 tee, £2 from every £22 cap and £1 from every £5 car sticker. The donation is built into the price, not added at checkout. Free gift stickers do not carry a donation because nothing was paid for them.

What sizes and colours are available?

Hoodies run M, L, XL and 2XL in a boxy fit, in Onyx, Bone and Ash. Caps are one size with an adjustable plastic snapback closure. The 130mm x 100mm car sticker fits inside the rear window.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, UK only. Car window stickers are in stock now, ship free anywhere in the UK and are dispatched in 1–2 working days. Drop 01 is live — early-access members are shopping first; sign up and your private link arrives straight away, and the shop opens to everyone on Sunday 18 October at 7pm. Order over £50 and a sticker goes in the box free.

Where can I get help right now?

Samaritans on 116 123 is free and open 24/7. CALM is on 0800 58 58 58 between 5pm and midnight, and you can text SHOUT to 85258 at any time. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.

Where to find help

A slogan is not a helpline. These are, and they are free: Samaritans on 116 123, CALM on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm–midnight daily) or text SHOUT to 85258. In an emergency, call 999.
