Breaking the stigma
Suicide is still the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. Not because men feel less, but because a lot of them have spent thirty years learning to say they are fine. The gap between "fine" and the truth is where people are lost.
HHSS exists to close that gap by a few inches. Brutalist, heavyweight gear with a message that is impossible to misunderstand, funding the services men actually ring when it gets bad. It is not therapy. It is a way in.
Boys cry too
Men feel things too. That should be boring by now, but it is not. The reason we put that truth on clothing rather than a poster is simple: a hoodie walks into workplaces, football grounds and family Christmases where a leaflet never gets read. One person asking another "you alright?" and meaning it is worth more than any campaign.
HHSS stands for Heavy Heart, Strong Soul. Both halves matter — the weight is real, and so is carrying it.

What is men's mental health clothing?
Clothing that carries a mental health message openly instead of hiding it. For men in particular it does a specific job: it says out loud something a lot of blokes will not say in a pub, and it gives someone else permission to ask how you actually are.
Why does HHSS say boys cry too?
Because suicide remains the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK, and the single biggest barrier is still the idea that men do not talk. Boys cry too is a plain statement of fact, not a slogan.
How much of my order goes to mental health support?
